Inventory Management

Axxerion’s inventory management module allows you to manage stock in various warehouses. You can list the maximum and minimum amount of stock for each item, as well as prices and packaging numbers. Orders can be generated automatically for the various suppliers, and you’ll be able to see which transactions have already been completed per product. This information will help you save costs by optimizing stock and order quantities.

Stock Levels

For each item, manage the minimum, maximum and current inventory levels and incoming and outgoing orders. Illustrate stock levels over a specific period based on previous inventory levels.

Previous Inventory Levels

Improve procurement planning by reviewing previous inventory levels, gaining insight into fluctuations and whether maximum or minimum thresholds were exceeded.

Prices & Units

Separate units can be utilized for each product, regarding currency, dimensions, price, reductions and packaging. Units can be automatically converted for overviews and orders.

Order Delivery

Create packaging slips and supply lists for delivery, detailing the most efficient supply routes and preferred locations and automatically updating the amount of delivered items.

Transactions & Catalogs

Stock levels are monitored via incoming and outgoing transactions. For each transaction you’ll be able to track the data, contractor, number of items and item type. Items in a warehouse can be linked to a catalog so general product info only needs be adapted in one place.

Progress Check & Analysis

Stock transactions, stock levels and orders can be exported to other systems for further analysis.
